WHO IS RAYMOND?
Raymond ("Ray") runs a drug-processing operation out of a Vice City apartment, seen in GTA VI: An Extended Look when Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos arrive on Boobie Ike's behalf to collect a package. He's visibly suspicious that Boobie sent two people instead of coming himself, and the handoff barely gets underway before an armed police raid tears through the building.
Raymond's fate during the raid, and his standing beyond this one scene, hasn't been shown — Rockstar hasn't confirmed whether he's a recurring character or a one-scene contact.

Raymond is running a drug-processing operation — people prepping product, packages stacked around the room — when Jason and Lucia arrive saying Boobie sent them for a pickup. He seems suspicious of the arrangement, particularly that Boobie sent two people rather than coming himself. Before the exchange can fully play out, a warning call comes in and armed police storm the building, turning the scene into a three-way shootout between police, Raymond's operation, and Jason and Lucia.
