Andrés de León is a wealthy executive at Megamundo, the multinational conglomerate expanding into Vice City. He arrives in Leonida by private jet with a serious drug habit and an even more serious need for armed protection, hiring Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval as his security detail through his associate Valentina.
Jason and Lucia accompany de León to a party celebrating the opening of Megamundo's first corporate headquarters on American soil. The night turns violent when armed men in hazmat masks and white overalls storm the building and take de León hostage, forcing Jason to fight through the building to get him back.
