VAPID TAXI

A yellow Vapid-branded taxi with a roof-mounted sign is visible parked on a Vice Beach street in Trailer 1. Its boxy proportions echo the second-generation Ford Crown Victoria, the real-world taxi workhorse the design has referenced since a Stanier-based taxi first appeared in GTA IV and carried through GTA V. Vapid has served as GTA's Ford stand-in across the series, and a Vapid taxi has been the franchise's default cab since the 3D-universe games; the exact GTA 6 chassis is not yet confirmed beyond the visible branding.
