Rockstar Uploads Vertical Cut of Extended Look for Mobile Viewers
Written by the GTA6 Resources team
Just when the discourse around the Extended Look seemed to be winding down, Rockstar quietly dropped another version of the footage built specifically for phone screens.
Rockstar Games has posted a YouTube Shorts version of its "Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look" clip, tagged simply "Now Playing" and marked with the hashtags #GrandTheftAutoVI and #GTAVI.
The upload appears to be a vertically formatted cut aimed at short-form, mobile-first audiences, giving fans yet another official channel through which to revisit the footage that has already circulated widely since its initial release.
Details in the posting itself are minimal, with no accompanying description beyond the title and hashtags. It's unclear whether this Shorts version trims or alters any of the content compared to the previously released cuts, or whether it's simply a reformatted repost of existing material.
As with other official uploads tied to the Extended Look, this one is likely to keep fueling discussion and re-examination of the footage, even as viewers pick apart earlier releases frame by frame for new details.
